AI credits
Credits are consumed by activity; one message does not equal one credit. When managed credits run out, top up or configure the provider option available to your account to continue AI tasks. Manual team conversations remain available.
Meta messaging and shipping
These costs are separate from Moyafa’s subscription. Template, consent and sending rules still apply, including on plans with no campaign or return-case cap.
Booking limits and activation
At the booking limit, existing bookings remain and new requests go to the team for manual confirmation until renewal or upgrade. Advanced tools require setup and activation for your business. Existing contractual arrangements are preserved.

Moyafa adds no markup to WhatsApp fees. Meta charges per delivered message, based on the recipient's market and message category.

Moyafa serves e-commerce and service businesses: home spa, appointments, field teams, retail and customer support. Start with the tools you need and configure them around your work.
How is the assistant different from saved replies?
The assistant uses business knowledge, conversation context and connected tools to reply, collect details and help with follow-up. You set its instructions, with human handoff when needed. Usage consumes AI credits.
Which plan includes exchanges and returns?
The dedicated exchange and return suite is included in Pro at SAR 499.10/month, with no monthly case cap. Growth includes ordinary support tickets. AI credits, shipping and Meta messaging retain their separate allowances or charges.
Does Moyafa send the refund?
The merchant issues the refund through the appropriate payment method, then records the amount and receipt in Moyafa. Exchange and shipping steps depend on the store’s integrations and setup.
Are WhatsApp messaging fees included?
Your Moyafa subscription covers the tools. Meta messaging fees are separate, with no Moyafa markup. Displayed subscription prices include VAT.
Can I start without an online store?
Yes. Set up services, team calendars and a booking page directly in Moyafa, or start with conversations and customer support. A store connection is needed when you want that store’s products and orders.
