Free, Growth and Pro — how to subscribe, and why your Meta bill is separate.

   What the free plan gives you

   The shared inbox, templates, cart recovery, order-status messages and 2 team seats — plus 2 campaigns a month, up to 100 recipients each. No card, no trial clock.

   What a paid plan adds

   Growth (199 SAR/month) and Pro (499 SAR/month) add capacity for your team, AI, bookings and campaigns, plus saved segments. Free includes a limited managed-AI allowance and one active flow. Message delivery remains subject to Meta and recipient limits. Prices include 15% VAT.

   How to subscribe

   Open Settings → Billing. Message us on WhatsApp from that screen and we'll set you up — payment is by bank transfer, and your workspace is activated once it lands. There's no card gateway.

   If you came from an app store

   Stores that installed Moyafa from Shopify are billed by Shopify, and Zid App Market subscriptions are billed by Zid — in both cases your plan follows what you chose there, and you manage it there.

   Your invoices

   Settings → Invoices holds your subscription invoices as ZATCA-compliant tax invoices. Add your VAT number there so it prints on them.

   This is separate from your Meta bill

   Your Moyafa subscription doesn't include WhatsApp message costs. Meta charges you directly for conversations, at their rates, with no markup from us — whatever plan you're on.
