Pricing questions
- Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?
- Yes — Moyafa connects to your own WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) number. We guide you through the setup, and you keep full ownership.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- How is VAT handled?
- All prices include 15% KSA VAT. We issue a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice for every payment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer against a ZATCA-compliant invoice. If you installed Moyafa from the Zid App Market, your subscription is billed through Zid. We never store card or bank details.
