Set up Moyafa in 6 steps

The exact checklist on your setup screen — store, WhatsApp, templates, customers, first campaign, AI.

   1 · Connect your store

   Settings → pick your platform: Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo or Zoho. Orders, products and customers start syncing right away. Only an owner or admin can connect.

   2 · Connect WhatsApp

   Settings → WhatsApp. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta, so you pay Meta directly for messages — no markup from us. This one unlocks the next steps.

   3 · Create your first template

   Templates → «New template». Any message you start (a campaign, or a reply after 24h of silence) must use a template Meta approved. Start from a ready-made one to save time.

   4 · Bring your customers in

   Customers arrive automatically from your connected store. To add the rest, use Customers → Import and upload a CSV or Excel file.

   5 · Send your first campaign

   Broadcasts → «New broadcast». Name it, pick the approved template, choose an audience, then send or schedule. Opted-out contacts are always excluded.

6. 6

   6 · Turn on the AI assistant

   Automations → AI Assistant. Fill in your business details and brand voice, then turn on auto-reply. The assistant answers only when it's confident and hands anything sensitive to your team.
