   Create an approved template

   Templates must be approved by Meta. Add a sample value for each variable before submitting.

   Pick a segment

   Choose VIP, lapsed, by city, or by tag. Opted-out contacts are always excluded.

   Add a coupon code in the template text

   To offer a discount (e.g. in an abandoned-cart reminder), create a fixed coupon in your Salla or Zid dashboard, then type that code straight into the template body before submitting it to Meta — e.g. "Use code SAVE10". It is part of the approved copy and is sent to everyone as-is; no extra variable is needed.
