Import your customers

Bring contacts in from a CSV or Excel file and map the columns.

   Open Customers → Import

   Upload a .csv or .xlsx file. The wizard previews your rows.

   Map columns

   Match name, phone, email, city and tags. Invalid phone numbers are skipped and counted.

   Respect consent

   Only message customers who opted in. You can review consent in the Compliance center.
