Import your customers

Bring contacts in from a CSV or Excel file and map the columns.

   Open Customers → Import

   Upload a .csv or .xlsx file. The wizard previews your rows before anything is saved. Customers from a connected store arrive on their own — import is for the rest.

2. 2

   Map the columns

   Match name, phone, email, city and tags. Invalid phone numbers are skipped and counted so you know exactly what came in.

3. 3

   Tag as you go

   Tags are what you'll target later — «riyadh», «wholesale», «eid-2026». Set them during the import and your first campaign audience is ready.

   Respect consent

   Only message customers who opted in. Importing a number is not consent — review the state in the Compliance center before you send.
