Set up a services workspace
For spas, car washes, catering, canteens and home services: services, team, areas, booking link and WhatsApp flow.
- 1
1. Build the service menu
Open Services → Services. Add each bookable service with a clear name, price, duration and location type. This can be a spa session, car wash, catering package, canteen visit, office consultation, showroom visit, pickup slot, inspection, training session or any appointment your team performs. Use options for real customer choices such as vehicle size, guest-count tier, meal count, session length, group visit or package level — not for internal notes.

2. Connect every service to the right team
Open Services → Staff. Add drivers, washers, therapists, chefs, technicians, consultants, front-desk agents, service counters, rooms or branches, then tick which services each one can perform. Moyafa uses this before showing available times, so the customer never books a slot your team cannot actually serve.

3. Set working hours, areas and field coverage
For field businesses — mobile car wash, home spa, home services, catering and canteens — open Zones & teams. Add served areas and assign which team covers each area. Address-required bookings will not be created without a usable area/address, which protects dispatch from vague jobs.
Screenshot to add: Zone coverage matrix Capture zones with at least one team assigned so merchants understand the coverage model.

4. Share the booking link
Open Calendar and copy the booking link. Customers see a service storefront with prices, options, payment terms and available slots. When they tap a time, WhatsApp opens with the selected service and slot already filled in.

5. Prepare WhatsApp templates and the AI assistant
Open Messages and submit the booking templates to Meta. Then open AI Assistant and describe your services, policies, deposits, areas and escalation rules. The assistant can answer simple booking questions, but uncertain cases still hand off to your team.

6. Test one booking before you promote
Open your booking link as a customer, choose a service and time, then send the WhatsApp message to yourself. Confirm that the booking appears in Calendar, that field jobs have an address, and that the team/day-sheet link contains the service, time, address and customer notes.

7. Use tickets for anything that should not be a booking
Appointments are for time on a calendar. Tickets are for follow-up: complaint, document request, after-sales case, inspection result, cancellation issue or a customer question that needs ownership. Service tenants see both Calendar and Tickets so offices, physical stores and support teams can run scheduled work and unresolved cases side by side.
