Set up a home-spa business
A home-service-only setup: treatments, therapists, qualifications, served areas, travel time, customer address, policies and a safe dry run.
- 1
1. Add only treatments delivered at the customer home
Open Services and add each treatment with its real duration, price, preparation/cleanup buffers and location set to the customer. Add-ons may extend time or price. Do not create stores, branches, treatment rooms, chairs, front-desk appointments or walk-in queues.
- 2
2. Add therapists and their exact qualifications
Add each active therapist, then select only the treatments she is qualified to perform and set her working hours and time off. Availability is not ready until at least one active therapist has an active schedule and covers an active served area. Separate therapist-plus-driver pairing is not part of this setup.

3. Define served areas and realistic travel buffers
Open Team dispatch, create only the neighborhoods you serve, set any area surcharge and travel buffer, then link each therapist to the areas she covers. Customers choose from these served areas; an at-home booking also requires a usable address or location before it can be created.

4. Set deposits and change policies before publishing
For every treatment, confirm the payment record/deposit rule, cancellation window, no-show handling and reschedule limit. The customer must see the applicable terms before confirming. Do not describe payment as collected unless the configured payment method and recorded status prove it.
- 5
5. Keep booking notes non-sensitive
Booking notes may contain a service preference such as light/medium pressure or practical arrival instructions. Do not ask for allergies, pregnancy, medication, medical history, national ID or other sensitive data in general notes. Digital health intake stays off unless a separately approved pilot defines its purpose, fields, viewers, retention, correction and deletion.

6. Prepare the booking link and team handoff
Share the public booking link only after setup shows active coverage. The therapist/day sheet should receive the service, time and permitted address handoff. Optional photos are for equipment preparation evidence only—never customer or treatment imagery.

7. Run one synthetic booking before serving customers
Use fictional customer data to book a served area and valid address. Verify qualification, working hours, travel buffers, assignment, confirmation, address privacy, en-route/arrival/start/completion transitions, cancellation/reschedule behavior and reporting. Do not import active customers or publish performance claims from this dry run.
