Read your reports
What each section of the Reports page tells you, and how to act on it.
- 1
Pick a period first
Every number on the page follows the period you choose, and is compared against the previous one — so a figure only means something next to its arrow.
- 2
How the business is doing
Revenue, orders and average order value from your connected store. Cancelled and returned orders are excluded from revenue, so this matches what you actually collected.
- 3
Inbox & service
Response time, resolution time and satisfaction. This is the section to watch when customers say you're slow — it tells you whether that's true and when it happens.
- 4
Where revenue comes from
Campaigns, recovered carts and conversations — attributed to the orders that followed them. Use it to decide what to repeat next month.
- 5
Export it
Export the underlying rows when you need to work in a spreadsheet or hand numbers to your accountant.
